Aloha, I am Lynne/aka Lakshmi. I am

I am my own guru (which means teacher bringing darkness into light). I studied with Rama and Sai Maa, both Enlightened Masters.
My life is full with family and friends, learning, reading, writing, teaching, traveling, and hiking. Life on this planet amazes me, I am dazzled by her beauty and abundance. Like you, I live in a world that is full of emotions, thoughts, and the swirling of life’s adventures. I am a wife, mom, grandma, a friend and a forever student.
I am founder of Integrated Mediation Studies and I lead meditation circles once a month. I co- founded Dharma Center in 1998, and retired in November of 2016.
Education

Travel
The adventure of life ‘is’ each moment. Travel gives every person a way ‘out’ of their patterns and descriptions of the world. Travel gives a mystic the power and wisdom of the planet earth, and beyond, through direct experience. Click here to see what places have called me to visit.

I studied the teachings of eastern and western masters. My talent is Integrating my experience and teachings of:

Teacher
I worked as a teacher in public schools. I taught high school students with learning challenges, gifted students, and students who were in the home/hospital program. I have been teaching Meditation and Mindful Living since 1998 and recently added Sand Play Yoga to my teaching tools.
